Payment and Refund Policy

All lessons must be paid at the time of scheduling. Clinic payments are due in full when signing up.

Payment is for the privilege of securing your scheduled lesson time or clinic spot. Any cancellation of a lesson requires at least a 24-hour notice either in person, by phone, or by text. Any cancellation of a clinic spot requires at least 7 days' notice either in person, by phone, or by text. If the student fails to provide this notice, I reserve the right to retain the payment as a cancellation fee, and a makeup session will not be given. If you cannot make a scheduled lesson due to sickness or emergency without at least 24-hour notice, it is up to my discretion to allow a makeup session or not. If the opportunity to schedule a makeup session is given, the lesson must be within 30 days, and you will not be allowed to reschedule the makeup session unless I cancel due to bad weather.  Unfortunately, past experiences have required me to have these policies in place, and I appreciate your understanding.

Lessons are rain or shine (see Inclement Weather Policy below).

In consideration of boarding services, the Owner shall pay Stable the current sum due on or before the 1st day of each month for that month's boarding services. Payment received after the 3rd of the month will be subject to a $35 late fee.  Partial months boarding shall be paid on a pro-rata basis based on the number of days boarded in a standard 30-day month. If board is not paid by the 2nd month, the Boarder will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. If full payment, including any late fees accrued, is not received by Stable or Boarder does not vacate the premises, then the horse(s) being boarded by Stable shall become the Stable's property.

Equal Partners Horsemanship has a no-refund policy.

Payment Methods Accepted

Cash, Check, Zelle, and Venmo.

Inclement Weather Policy

In severe or harsh weather, by virtue of which it is neither reasonable nor safe for humans or horses, lessons and clinics will be canceled and rescheduled.
